Yes. Our feathered friends are treated like family. Over twenty heritage chickens, guineas, and ducks live in our garden. We feed them organic grains, oyster shells, and scraps from the garden and kitchen.

No. Only natural, almost all organic, ingredients are used in the making of our products.
We do not use commercial pectin in our jams or jellies as they are not organic and may contain chemicals from the process in making it. We only use natural pectin from organic citrus fruit and apples.
We only use sea salt, our own vinegars, Irish raw honey and organic raw cane sugar.
