Crookneck squash is incredibly versatile and can be cooked in many delicious ways. When young, it’s great sautéed, grilled, or in fritters, where its creamy, sweet flesh shines. As it matures, it can be roasted, stuffed with savoury fillings, or used in soups and stews. It also works well in stir-fries, casseroles, or as a decorative, long-lasting ornament.
