Perfect for eating raw as a refreshing snack or sliced into salads. Its mild flavour makes it a great addition to fresh dishes and a crowd-pleaser at barbecues. Pair it with mint and dill for extra flavour, or use it as a cool, crunchy topping for sandwiches. It’s also great for homemade pickles.
